Arts and Digital Culture – Sophie Huckfield

Sophie Huckfield is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice expands upon the absurdities, complexities and power relationships that exist within opaque networks. In this talk with the Centre for Digital Cultures at the University of Birmingham, Sophie will reflect on how she uses traditional and experimental modes of production to create sculpture, craft, performance, workshops, moving image, photography and writing. The talk is free to attend and all are welcome.

This event will take place in Muirhead Tower room 122 on Wednesday the 9th of October from 17:00-18:00.

Register at the Eventbrite page for tickets.

This event is part of a seminar series organised by the Centre for Digital Cultures at the University of Birmingham this academic year. Please follow them on twitter to find out more about the Centre.
